From our facilities in Tudela (Navarra), where we manufacture 100% of our products, we have built a responsible production model we call Green Beauty: a real, measurable commitment in constant evolution.
How we apply sustainability in our production
Photovoltaic energy in our facilities
Our production plants run on solar photovoltaic energy that covers a significant share of the factory's energy consumption. This investment in self-consumption reduces our carbon footprint and our dependence on conventional sources. It is not a symbolic gesture: the energy that powers our production lines comes, to a large extent, from the Navarra sun.
Optimized water and waste management
We have implemented systems that optimize water use at every production stage, minimizing waste and treating wastewater properly. In parallel, we maintain waste management protocols that prioritize separation, recycling and the progressive reduction of non-reusable materials.
More natural and vegan formulations
Our R&D&i laboratory is reformulating products to incorporate ingredients of natural origin and move toward increasingly vegan ranges. The process is gradual: we do not remove an ingredient unless its natural substitute guarantees the same level of effectiveness and safety the professional demands. Sustainability cannot compromise the technical result.
Packaging with environmental criteria
We continuously review our packaging to reduce the use of virgin plastic, incorporate recycled materials and optimize formats to minimize the logistics footprint. We work product by product, looking for the best environmental solution that is industrially viable.
Local production as an environmental advantage
Manufacturing in Spain reduces transport distances and the emissions associated with distribution. For our distributors and salons, working with a local manufacturer means every order travels fewer kilometers before reaching its destination.
