Minimums vary according to the type of product and the packaging format. We work flexibly and study each project individually: our aim is to find a volume that is industrially viable and at the same time makes commercial sense for your business plan. In the first briefing meeting we jointly assess the most suitable quantities for your launch.
Both options are possible. If you already have a defined formula, our laboratory evaluates it, verifies its stability and adapts it to guarantee its industrial viability and regulatory compliance. If you are starting from scratch, our R&D team develops the complete formula according to your briefing, your positioning objectives and your target price range.
Yes. We offer a comprehensive service that includes advice on container selection, graphic design and adaptation of the labelling to current European cosmetics regulations (Regulation EC 1223/2009). If you already have your own design team, we coordinate with them so the final result meets the legal and technical requirements.
We manage all the regulatory work needed for the legal marketing of your product in the EU: preparation of the Product Information File (PIF), safety report, notification on the European Commission's CPNP portal and labelling compliance in accordance with the regulations. Our regulatory department stays permanently up to date.
The third-party manufacturing (private label) service creates product exclusively for you: it is marketed under your brand, with your visual identity and your strategy. Yanguas Professional acts as your technology partner and manufacturer, but the brand that reaches the market is yours. The confidentiality of the commercial relationship and of the formulas developed is contractually guaranteed.
