We offer the possibility of exclusivity by area subject to purchase targets and brand development. Generally at provincial, regional or national level depending on the market. The specific exclusivity conditions are based on commitment and annual volume. It is negotiated case by case according to the size of the territory, market potential and the distributor's commercial commitment.
Minimum volumes vary depending on the territory and the type of collaboration. We look for distributors with a real capacity to develop the brand, not speculators or occasional intermediaries. In the initial contact phase, we will jointly assess your area's potential and set reasonable, achievable targets. Our approach is to grow sustainably, not to force volumes that make no commercial sense.
Yes, absolutely. We understand that selling technical cosmetics requires deep product knowledge. We offer training for your sales team (sales arguments, technical sheets, positioning) and in-person or online training for the salons joining the brand (correct application of colour, bleaching, treatments). Training is an integral part of our value proposition and we consider it a joint investment in the success of the collaboration.
Yanguas Professional is not present on Amazon, eBay, AliExpress or any general marketplace. Nor do we allow our distributors to sell through these channels. Our policy is clear: the brand is exclusive to the in-person professional channel (salons, hairdressers, specialised distributors). We monitor the web periodically and act on any breach. This policy protects your investment, your clients' margins (the salons) and the brand's long-term value.
