Confidentiality and protection of your formula
We understand that your formula and your commercial strategy are valuable assets.
All our private label manufacturing agreements include confidentiality clauses that protect both the formula developed and the commercial idea.
We contractually guarantee that the formula developed is your intellectual property and that your project remains protected at all times; any reference to Yanguas Professional is kept in absolute confidentiality.

Frequently asked questions
The process begins with a briefing meeting where we define the project's scope: product type, format, estimated volumes and timelines. From there, our R&D team develops the formula, we present you with samples for evaluation and, once approved, we proceed with regulatory management, packaging and series production. We accompany you at every step.
Prices depend on the complexity of the project. A product with a simple formula and standard packaging can be ready in around 8–12 weeks; projects with greater customisation may require more time. We work on a project basis and, in the briefing phase, we provide you with a realistic timeline covering all the phases so you can plan your launch with room to spare.
Minimums vary according to the type of product and the packaging format. We work flexibly and study each project individually: we look for the minimum volume that is industrially viable and at the same time makes commercial sense for your initial launch.
All our agreements include confidentiality clauses that protect the formula and the commercial strategy. The formula developed is your intellectual property and the relationship with Yanguas Professional remains confidential at all times.
In private label we manufacture for third parties: the product is marketed under your brand, with your identity and your strategy, and we guarantee the confidentiality of everything associated with the project. Yanguas Professional acts as your technology partner and manufacturer, but the brand that reaches the market is yours.
